This recipe was so easy! I topped it with Alton's recipe for Beurre Blanc, and it was perfect!

This recipe appears simple (oil, salt, & pepper but the flavor is amazing. Just make sure that you start with a great quality coho fillet and you can't go wrong.

I do not like fish, but my husband loves it. After watching the show I purchased a salmon fillet (thought it was wild, but it was not and followed the recipe. In less than 10 minutes I had a beautiful plate of salmon, lemon and salad! My husband thought it was excellent, and quite frankly some of the best salmon he has ever had! The expense certainly pays off in the convenience of the meal and the health benefits are a bonus. Well worth trying!
