I will never eat canned cranberry sauce again! I had no idea that cranberry sauce could be so good until I tried this recipe. I have been making this recipe anytime I want cranberry sauce since I found it some years back.

This will be the third year in a row I am making this! I always use to only eat the canned jellied stuff but now I will never touch that stuff AGAIN!! Everyone loves it especially with the cottage cheese! IT"S AMAZING!

So good! What an improvement over the standard can. I made some substitutions out of necessity (my bag of cranberries was only 12 oz, I only had cran-pomegranate juice, and I ran out of honey and ended up with a little over 1/2 a cup... apparently I wasn't very well prepared! Last but not least I also added some fresh orange zest. Anyway, it had great flavor and was so much fun. I molded this in some small silicon baking cups shaped like flowers and everyone raved!

I have made this cranberry sauce for two consecutive Thanksgiving meals and it always is a big hit. Even my Son and Daughter eat it and they never used to touch the canned cranberry sauce!

Absolutely wonderful. I didn't think any recipe could top my old stand by, cranberry sauce, but loved the flavor and texture. Made a second batch and added minced, crystalized ginger. A great recipe even better!

delicious! and a hint to all you vegans out there who don't want to use honey, agave nectar works perfectly too. it definitely doesn't take 15 minutes to cook the cranberries, more like 10.

I usually just put cranberry sauce on the table for others and for color. But this year I decided to make Alton's Fresh Cranberry Cosmo and had purchased too many cranberries. Good thing! This sauce is fabulous and I do NOT like cranberry sauce. Instead of molding, I put it in individual creme brulee cups so everyone would have their own. The honey and 100% cranberry juice were a tad expensive, but well worth it.
