This is my most favorite cranberry sauce recipe. The flavor of the cranberry and orange really comes through. The sauce has the right tartness and flavor depth to perfectly complement turkey and stuffing. Use a high quality honey, but if you put too much in, the flavor balance will not be right. If you like things sweet and syrupy, you will not like this recipe.

Very good. Use a high quality honey that you like. I also added a little orange zest to my cranberries since I had the fresh orange on hand. For the center, I used whipped cream cheese, mixed with whipped cream, and sweetened with powdered sugar. I mixed in chopped walnuts with the cream cheese mixture, then piled in the center of the mold. The whole thing was very well received at my Thanksgiving table. To my dismay, nothing was left over. Next time, I will make two.

I'm not a huge fan of cranberry sauce but my family is and I was hosting Thanksgiving so I made it. Followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfect. I used a rubber mold to let it set in which made it much easier to pop out without flaws. My dad, who is the lover of cranberry sauce, LOVED it! Very simple and easy to follow directions helped since I am an amateur cook.

I tried this and it was just bitter and not sweet enough. Maybe my cranberries weren't ripe enough or something but I am very glad I had a can of Ocean Spray in the pantry!

My dad and I are the only ones in my family that like cranberry sauce, and we both give this recipe a BIG thumbs up. I'm not sure where I went wrong, but mine didn't set up like it was supposed to. Might be that I used a high-quality, not-from-concentrate prepared orange juice rather than freshly-squeezed. This time of year, it's really hard to find tasty oranges where I'm from. But it tasted absolutely wonderful! I made it for Thanksgiving, and it was the one request from my father for Christmas this year. It just might be our new tradition. I might try a batch with some raspberries or pomegranate arils for my mom. Even with all the honey, this recipe was too tart for her.

SO GOOD! This was my first time making cranberry sauce and it was just amazing! Super easy too. I ate the left over cranberry sauce with literally every meal I had. I kind of just want to make this recipe more often so I have some cranberry sauce on hand at all times.

Tastes soooo good and soooo easy to make!!! I can't believe I ever bought canned!! gross. I only added 3/4 cup of honey instead of the full cup and it came out very sweet still.

This was a great recipe, my first time making cranberry sauce. Not only was it easy but it was delicious!!!! Everyone was impressed, I used 4 separate molds to make them look more appealing. I will make this again this will be a must for my thanksgiving arsenal to blow my guests away. :0

This was a keeper! I added a handfull of chopped pecans and about half of a diced braeburn apple after the cooking part was done. The sauce is sweet but still maintains that wonderful cranberry bite!
