    Cottage cheese in the middle? I don't know if that'd fly with everyone at my thanksgiving. Is it really good?

    Are there anything else one would put in the middle, suggestions?

    A simple recipe where I did not have to go to the store to buy extra ingredients that I would only use once. The cranberry sauce worked excellant with the chicken salad sandwiches for lunch and our fish dinner. I even had requests for more!
