These potatoes were so easy and absolutely wonderful. I think next time I will use four cloves of garlic instead. I am not a wonderful chef and these potatoes came out great. Thanks Alton YOU ARE THE BEST

This was so simple to make I was amazed. I added a little more garlic than the recipie called for but otherwise it was right on. I will make this again.

I tried this recipe for Thanksgiving dinner. It was fantastic! Perfectly creamy, with just the right amount of garlic. I highly recommend it -- I have no need of ANY other mashed potato recipe.
