    Delicious every time!! My culinary challenged husband takes charge of this item, and it is always a hit. We’ve substituted Butter Potatoes at times, and have also made it using a ricer or old fashioned potato masher right in the pot. This is now been honorably added as a tried and true family tradition for holiday dinners.

    For such a simple staple of a recipe, you'd think that there wouldn't be much to making mashed potatoes, but for sure, this recipe was a hit! One of my favorite all time recipes!

    Never used a foodmill before and bought one just for this and it was worth it - though a little work. This would be great one for kids to help out. The potatoes were so creamy and delicous. Suprise no one else has tried this method. I have tried my expensive kitchen aid mixer, processer and old fashion masher method but none produced such fluffy potatoes. Thanks Alton.
