I'm not much of a cook, but I really wanted to make crepes suzette, and after trying this recipe, it was super easy and turned out GREAT.

Alton's crepe show opened my eyes to the world of crepes. His basic crepe recipe is tasty and foolproof. The suzettes are PMS-cure sweet. For a savory idea, I really liked his mushroom crepe cake from the same show -- a good, unusal side dish for grilled steaks and a robust wine.
