I thought this recipe was great! The only change I made is doubling the amount of curry powder and I used a frozen bag of mixed veggies because that was what I had. Very tasty, we didn't have any leftovers:

This recipe is way easy and a staple at our house now. We tend to add a little more curry to it and I thicken it up a bit more but it's so easy and absolutely delicious!

Absolutely delicious! My boyfriend and I are huge fans of curry, so I did add more than the recipe called for and I also made one and half times the liquid. Definitely do NOT skip on the puff pastry it is absolutely wonderful! Its gets all flaky and puffy on top but slightly chewy on the bottom. It was a cinch to make. I've been anxiously awaiting digging into the leftovers after work!!

This is one of my default make-ahead entrees for work. MUCH higher return on investment - skip the puff pastry. Use Hot Roll Mix to make dough and bake these as pocket pies. Curry Chicken Bridies!

I like the addition of curry to a traditional recipe. I make extra of this recipe and freeze it before cooking. Then pop it in the oven for an easy weeknight meal!

I wanted something with curry and this recipe stood out as something for which I had most items on hand. I used the pre-packaged carved "natural" chicken breast from the lunchmeat aisle, which I usually throw onto salads. I usually slightly tweak a recipe to my needs, but I actually made this one as is. It was fantastic. Thanks, Alton, for helping me find a good recipe with curry.

I love this recipe even though it takes a while as I'm a slow cook. Use fresh veggies instead of frozen for a more complex taste. I use the filling with pie crust, phyllo dough, or with rice as a casserole.

My daughter recently returned from India and brought back Garam Masala, a mixture of several spices much like curry. I used the Garam Masala in place of the curry powder and it was delightful. Alton would be proud!
