    My family requests this all the time---it is super delicious and easy to make. I use whatever veggies I have on hand, and steam them rather than roast because that is easier for me.

    I use 1 tsp garam masala and 2 tsp curry
    I also season the chicken with curry and garam masala, poultry seasoning, etc.
    This recipe is awesome. Thx Alton!!

    I made this for a dinner party. This was the first time I cooked for people outside of my family(YIKES!. I was really nervous about how it would turn out. Thankfully, it was great and everybody loved it!

    This was the easiest and best Pot Pie I have ever made!!! My family just LOVED it, and can't hardly wait until I make it again!!

    Easy, flavorful, comforting, tasty sauce.....not having any frozen peas/carrots I used fresh cauliflower and carrots which I roasted and added to the sauce with some rotisserie chicken. I increased the curry a bit to suit my taste and added a bit of chicken bouillon instead of salt for a more rounded chicken flavor. I served this over rice, not being the mood for puff pastry or the traditional pie crust topping.. Highly recommend this as a go-to recipe for chicken pot pie.

    I made it last night, it turned out very good, just I only use half of the frozen vegetables cause it is too much. I even added some shrimps. My husband loves it.
