I usually like anything that AB makes. Unfortunately, this recipe was not Good Eats. It lacked in flavor. I was expecting depth of flavor being that Curry is in the name. It left me sadden. However, AB has not lost me as a fan.

Delicious! The whole family loved it. I used a rotisserie chicken and just cut the puff pastry in 3 sections and laid it on top the filling. Also did not roast the veggies, just used frozen mixed, and added more curry. Quick and easy to put together with a green salad!

Went with what everyone else was saying and doubled the broth/milk. Added more curry and it was great. Probably would have used more puff pastry, but that's just me

Instead of real chicken, I substituted one package of Morningstar Meal Starter Chik'n Strips. As the FIRST step in the recipe, I lightly browned the Chik'n Strips (in the same saute pan then set the strips aside on a cutting board to cool and slice into smaller pieces. Then I proceeded with Alton's directions, only using the meat substitute. It's such a treat to find wonderful recipes I can adapt and enjoy!

My roommate had a hard day at work and needed something "pie-ish" for dinner. This recipe was ingenious. She loved it. I thought is was amazing too, but she couldn't get enough. She raved about it for weeks!

I have made this many times and it is always a hit! I double the sauce recipe as suggested in many of the reviews. Roasting the veggies is a must!! I also add some diced potato and roast that along with the veggies. I love curry, so triped that. Awesome!!

I made this last night and it was a hit. I doubled the recipe and put it in a 13x9 stoneware caserole. Covered it completley with puff pastry. Yum. The kids loved it.

I made it for the first time about three weeks ago and me and my friend got seconds. I always ask my friend to rate the recipes I find and make, and this one got a 10. It is definitely a keeper, and everyone reading this should try this, you won't be sorry :
