Made this for dinner tonight. I was cooking for 7 so I increased the chicken and veggies. I just added more milk, broth and flour. I got nothing but compliments on the dish, even from the picky kids! I didn't cook the chicken ahead of time so I just added it to the onion and celery step. It worked great! I'm sure I'll be getting requests for this dish every week from now on.

I made this for dinner tonight, and it was great. I made a few changes, though. My frozen vegetables didn't add up to quite 4 cups, so I also put in some sliced sauteed mushrooms. In addition, the frozen puff pastry at my supermarket was way too expensive, so I made my own using a rough puff pastry recipe I found on some random blog. The pie was buttery and delicious and wonderful. It was labor intensive, but well worth it. I must make this again, assuming I don't have a heart attack tonight from excessive butter consumption. I will be eating only steamed vegetables for the rest of the week...it is swimsuit season, you know.

I am making this for my family tonight. We love curry so I'll add more to taste, also a clove of garlic never hurt anyone! Cant wait, I know they'll love it! Thanks!

I made this recipe with leftover rotisserie chicken that we had made on our barbecue over the weekend and it was great. I left out the curry, but am tempted to try putting it in there.

I have made this over and over. I use more curry because we like it spicy. I often make it and serve just over rice and leave out the pastry. Always a hit.

The first time i made this recipe i forgot about our altitude and it came out a little dry. But the second time around i doubled the liquid part and WOW! I have yet to try an Alton Brown recipe i haven't liked.

This really turned out well, even for my picky family. I used cookie cutters, and my 3 year old loved eating lizards, stars, and hearts!

I love Alton's show and his recipes are just as good. I changed this recipe a little and added par-boiled potato cubes, but this is a great pot pie recipe.

I thought this recipe was great! The only change I made is doubling the amount of curry powder and I used a frozen bag of mixed veggies because that was what I had. Very tasty, we didn't have any leftovers:
