I must add my accolades to the others. Best daiquiri I ever tasted. I thought they were all frozen, fruity, ice slushes. Thanks - it's a keeper!

This is the best recipe I've tried for traditional daiquiris.

I hope AB does more shows on mixology!

Who knew there was a non-flavored daiquiri? I'm sure glad I found out... I'm trying to put together a list of favorites for my hubby's 40th, and this will most certainly be on there. Thanks AB!

...the best alcohol containing drink that is not champagne that I have ever consumed. Manly yet delicate, fierce yet subtle this is a drink for the sophisticated.

Possibly my new favorite drink. I made the simple syrup in the microwave in a smaller batch. It simplified the drink even more. Just be sure to use a 2/1 ration of sugar to water. Squeezing limes is not my favorite task though, but still worth the effort.

As in absolutely fabulous! This has become my new drink of choice. Of course when we go out we have to tell them how to make it...but hey, its a small price to pay. And if they actually ahve the ingredients, I am a happy camper. Thanks Alton!

This is the best way to make a daquiri. A little extra effort than that pre-made mix, but definetely worth it. I made a batch of the simple syrup and kept it in a tightly sealed container in the fridge, two months later it's still fine to use.
