Never had a Daiquiri before and wish I had started drinking them years ago. I don't know what I'm talking about since I haven't had one, but these are great.

I never knew there was a non-iced daiquiri. I had to try this drink. I used bottled lime juice, but it was still wonderful! I can't wait to try it with fresh-squeezed. I've introduced it to a few friends, and they all loved it. Very crisp and refreshing.

It's a little on the strong side, though. I prefer to substitute water for about a third of the rum.

A great drink, and super-easy to make, especially since we keep simple syrup in the fridge all the time anyway.

I didn't know there was such a thing as a "straight" daiquiri (non-strawberry, peach, etc.. Very clean and fresh tasting. The fresh lime juice made all the difference. Absolutely sublime...(pun intended!
