If using fresh fruit instead of dried omit the apple cider and simmer with the lid off to remove excess moisture!

I used this recipe to go with two pork tenderloins that I simply roasted in the oven. I let the sauce speak for itself.
It was very good. I couldn't find dried pears so I just used a fresh one. I thought it could have been thickened a bit more, but the flavor is excellent.
