Good stuff. Alton likes the spicy stuff, and I'm with him on that score. These were barely warm but a very good dip.

This is a great recipe. My husband loves it. A great way to sneak in some veggies to his diet. Fast and easy.

Y.U.M! This dip is a hit every time I make it. I use 1 t soy sauce instead of miso paste and use lime and cilantro. I serve it with pieces of warm pita flat bread. SO GOOD. My 4 year-old requests it for dinner sometimes and has dubbed himself "Edamame King."

I loved this dip, made it for a Halloween party and it worked out really well. The next day I spread what was left over on my toast instead of butter as I headed to the gym. And it was awesome, I got my carbs and protein in a quick and easy package that tastes great. A huge improvement on all the bars I spend too much money on.

I really enjoyed this dip. As other reviewers have noted, it is nice that it doesn't have a mayo or sour cream base. I didn't have miso paste on hand, so I subbed 2 teaspoons of peanut butter along with a couple shakes each of soy sauce and sesame oil. The appearance of the dip is a tad off-putting, but you'll quickly get over it when you taste how delicious it is. I will most certainly make this again.

The dip is such a great alternative to unhealthy dips such as cheese. This would be great with some cassava chips. You can either make them yourself or buy some at a local Trader Joe's. Mmm to healthy snacking!

I made this for an afternoon snack with some organic flax seed chips and it was awesome! If you can't find miso paste (my supermarket doesn't carry it you can use a little peanut butter, soysauce, and rice vinegar. Superb!

Great recipe! It is always hugely popular whenever I take it to a party. A dip made from edamame is unusual enough that almost no one has tried it before. Original and delicious!
