Made this dip last night since I had everything in the fridge. Just amazing. You get the smooth creaminess of the edamame spiked with the brightness of the lemon, earthy saltiness of the miso and bite of the garlic. This is a definite keeper!

Very good - tasty and healthy. I didn't have a food processor, so used a drinks blender. It turned out a little chunky rather than puree, but still good. I am tempted to finally buy a food processor on the back of this recipe.

Fantastic taste and a breeze to make. I expected it to be a little creamier though, even though I processed it much longer. I added a little bit of mayo to smooth it out.

Our family ranges in age from 5 - 42 and we all love this dip!!!! We use two cloves of garlice and a little more olive oil. My husband dips with tortilla chips, my daughter likes to dip with pretzel rods, my son like to use carrots and I like to dip with brocolli and bellpeppers.

I made this dip and forgot to add the cilantro but it still was very tasty. I used garlic chill paste and this added extra flavor too. I'll be making this often.

This was so good, I could not stop eating it, and best of all, there was no guilt!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Delicious and healthy - what a great combination. I added a little extra garlic and chili paste for some extra flavor. I dislike cilantro, so I used the parsley instead. I did find the miso paste at a local asian market. Another great recipe from Alton Brown!

I made this for a thanksgiving appetizer and it was a hit! I served it with pita chips and pretzel rods. It was so easy and so delicious! I'll be making this for all my potlucks in the future.

I have always been a fan and I love all of Alton Brown's recipes. I saw this the other night and decided to make it. Great flavor, easy to make, and another use for the miso in my fridge. Make this for your next get together; everyone will love it.

Incredible! The Flavors burst and it's extremely easy to make. I actually used cilantro and couldn't find the miso so made it without. It was still great!
