I stuck to the recipe...aside from adding a lit more cool water than suggested and this thing came out great. Made some cool wraps for the family and they just loved it. Will definitely be trying this again but with spinach and whole wheat flour next time. GREAT RECIPE!

The tortillas came out great. They were soft, chewy and pliable, not hard like most recipes. I followed the recipe exactly and thought it could use a bit more salt, maybe 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. The second time around I tried it with shortening since that's what my grandma used and they came out great too. I don't have a food processor so I just used my hands, like my grandma, and that works well.
