I made this for dinner tonight and it is a great tasting and very easy recipe (next time I'll try it for breakfast. I never would have thought to put honey in with the eggs.

Made this for 10 people for Easter brunch and it was a hit! Followed the recipe and technique to a tee. I used the Challah bread from Whole Foods Market. This is the first time I've used that, and it was out of this world.

This came out great! I made it with our normal sliced potato bread--I think Mrs. Bairds--and it still came out delicious, although I know challah would have been outstanding. I added a couple of pinches of cinnamon to the egg mixture, too. Served with turkey bacon and grapefruit halves. Totally satisfied my hubby's breakfast-for-dinner cravings, and easy enough for a weeknight!
