    Alton never leaves anything to chance, all descriptions were perfect. Good fried chicken that you just can't get out in Cali.

    This is the best fried chicken I've ever tasted. Cooked in a cast iron fryer on an electric stove. I'm not sure why some people had problems, but it's always perfect for me. The buttermilk and spice mix make the difference. Moist, tender and oh so tasty!
