After a busy weekend, it was the perfect dinner last night. So easy to throw together! Served w/a salad and a glass of wine - good eats indeed!

This was great. I substituted canned diced potatoes for the aspargus since my husband hate asparagus. Next time we are going to throw some corn in too. Very good considering how simple it is to make!

I use this recipe as a starting point for my Frittata's I give mine a Spanish flair using Chorizo sausage as the meat component and Mancheco cheese. You can't go wrong using your favorite foods in this dish.

A great and impressive brunch entree. Works great with a spinach salad on the side and Mimosas

This recipe is a fun and yummy alternative to scrambled eggs. I added red onion and will try scallions next time. Looks beautiful and would be great to share with friends for an infomal brunch.

Used what I had on hand like many others....broccoli and turkey lunch meat. Delicious! My oven is really hot so I overcooked it slightly as I was surfing food network, but still yummy!

OK, so I'm a college student, and decided to cut some corners... so instead of using ham, I used Canadian bacon, because it was half as much in cost (and I don't just have leftover ham sitting around at my convenience. To my dismay...I overlooked the fact that this substitute is way saltier than regular bacon. Anyways, my Frittata turned out REALLY salty. But I'm sure it would be really good if I didn't cut that corner...

I used a smaller pan (8", olive oil instead of butter, spinach, summer squash and cherry tomatoes from our garden, topped with feta cheese. It was beautiful and yummy.

I made them for the first time and they came out great. This is a keeper. I used different veggies - onions, zuchini, tomatoes and basil. I will be trying out other veggies next time.

I made this is a 12" pan, as instructed, and it came out much too thin and overdone, even though I cooked it for shorter time periods both on the stovetop and in the oven. I think it might be good if made in a 10" pan - or increase the recipe for the 12" pan.
