I love making these and the varaitions are endless, even those his recipe is AWESOME--my personal favorite includes goat cheese, baby spinach and sun-dried tomato (and I serve it with pesto for my kids. A great way to start the day!

This was SO good. I made it with ham, sauted onions & red peppers. I also added a little bit of thyme too. TONS of flavor! I would like the eggs to not be so thick, I may try to add some water or milk, just a little to add some fluff to the eggs. But overall this was excellent!

I am kind of new at cooking and I didn't have any troubles successfully cooking this recipe. When I made it I used baby portebellos, spinach, feta cheese, and and some ground sage sausage. It was so delicious! Everyone loved it. I think one great thing about frittatas are that you can always re-invent them with different ingrediants.

I made this at a brunch I had for some friends. It was so easy that I could be a calm hostess and cook at the same time. It's also really easy to make changes to the recipe (I omitted the asparagus. I would definitely recommend this.
