Excellent dish and holds well for a couple of days for a quick morning breakfast. Just a quick nuke and out the door. Alton teaches the method for making this dish perfectly on his show! Glad to add this to the recipe box.

Quick. Easy. Fun. Tasty. All of what was promised was delivered. I used some leftover cooked spinach, cubed fresh mushrooms, and cubed feta. It came out great, not too dense nor too fluffy. I served it with hot sauce and heated corn tortillas.

Easy recipe for any time of the day and saved for a snack. I've made a few both with fresh ingredients and leftovers.

Great frittata, but also can be made with a varity of other vegatables, such as spinach, or herbs such as basil.

This is maybe the fourth or fifth recipe that I have failed at in the past and revisited using Alton Brown's techniques. All I can say is WOW!!! I'm eager to see what else he decides to demystify! This is so easy and so delicious!

This is a great recipe. I saw Alton cook it up on Good Eats and thought I had to try this. I'm really fond of Omlettes. This tastes great and "looks" very fancy. You have alot of latitude to make this anyway you want and Alton's tips made all the difference. Thanks Alton!
