This was such a great use up for all my cheese ends. I used dry Marsala for the white wine and it was perfecr.

Thanks, Alton, this one is a real winner! Easy to adapt to however much leftover cheese you have on hand.

The written recipe was a nice reminder of the actual demonstration on the show. Any recipe that consists of "throw whatever you have in the fridge in the food processor and mix it together" has to be a winner. I've tried this several times myself, and it has always been different, and it has always been excellent.

I agree with all the other reviewers. This was very good and easy. I even threw in some sliced cheeses to make 1 lb. This is the best way to use up leftover cheese!

I love this stuff! I used a combination (in order of chevre, cheddar, low-moisture part-skim mozzarella, swiss, and provolone. The only problem was that I have a small food processor, which meant working in batches. I have to second the reviewer who said that there should be more recipes like this. Recipes that are flexible and provide easy ways to use left-over stuff are GREAT!

I hate to throw away food, and this easy recipe turns what would have been trash into a delicious treat.
it takes a couple minutes and it is a loud two minutes, but it's worth it.
If you use goat cheese use it sparingly.

I tried it with cheddar and port wine, too. Fantastic!

A good way to use up all the leftovers from my cheese party, though it seemed it was missing something. I suppose everyone's version will be a bit different, since it does not call for any specific cheese to use. One I'll make again, though!

This recipe made me want a food processor. Now that I have one and I can make this recipe I can tell you first hand how great it is. Never the same flavor because of varying leftovers, but always great.
