This was perhaps the best funnel cake I've ever eaten. The batter fried up light, and not at all greasy. It might actually be too good in that it's so easy, and requires no odd ingredients (i.e. it's possilbe to make this at a moments notice.

This wonderfully easy recipe is so simple and tasty that it makes staying home and not going to the ballpark very worth it!

This recipie is so simple and it tases great. I like to make it on either a Saturday or Sunday morning as a breakfast treat by topping it with strawberry jam and powdered sugar or for a dessert treat by topping it with melted chocolate chips and sometimes a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It's a very versatile treat and can be "personalized" to fit anybody's tastes.

This recipes was easy, quick and very affordable. I had never worked with choux pastry before and it was no problem. Delicious. Way to go AB!
