Definately an impresive finish for a cake. Makes me feel as though I know what I'm doing! :

Ganache goes very well with other chocolate desserts besides Boston Cream Cake. It could go well Flourless Chocolate Cake.

This recipe is simple to do and absolutly wonderful. It works for frostings and truffle fillings- you really can't go wrong with it. Depending on how long you let it cool you can let it cover your cake melted for a seamless look or wait a few minutes for a thicker spread. It's so easy you might as well skip the canned frostings, and it is so much tastier. I use it all the time.

This is the easiest frosting ever. it is good on cupcakes especially when the cake is very sweet. I love how simple it is to make. thanks for sharing
