I added 1/3 to 1/2 cup more flour as the first batch turned out way too flat, not at all pictured. Once I added the flour they turned out perfect! I also used Alton's candied ginger recipe instead of the fresh ginger and sprinkled the infused sugar on top. Best cookies ever!

Excellent flavor! I needed to add 1/3 cup more flour after the first cookie sheet-full spread out like Pogens (I live at 6000'. The second & third trays produced some of the best ginger cookies I've ever baked.
