I rarely have ginger ale around, so the many times i've made this i usually use chicken or beef broth - omit salt - and they still come out awesome. My roommate who claims she hates carrots will eat them.

I loved these carrots. It's super easy and the combination of sweet with a little spicy makes it great for all ages and tastes.

Excellent...not too sweet and the chili power gives this an excellent flavor! I will be making these again. Alton never disappoints!

I though it was extremely good. It was not overly sweet as some recipes are. The chili powder gave the glaze just the right amount of zing. My grandson usually will not eat cooked carrots, but he enjoyed these.

Tried this recipe last night, as we love cooked carrots but find they can be rather bland. I must say, these were absolutely wonderful. Followed the recipe exactly and the carrots were to die for. Delicious. Thank you Alton Brown for another great recipe.

OUTSTANDING! I know there are supposed to be four servings, but it was all I could do to save some for my husband. The ginger ale and chili powder really give it a nice kick. I normally avoid glazed veggies but I'll make these again.
