    This recipe was excellent! I wasn't sure how they would taste with the chili powder but I need not have worried. I followed your recipe except used a very good brand of diet ginger ale(my husband and I are diabetics. The glaze was bursting with flavor. I will be making this recipe more often, that's for sure. I can't believe how easy this was to make.

    Excellent! So easy to make! Maybe it's a good thing there's a 10 lb. bag of carrots in the fridge. Husband loved it!!! Planning on making it again (many times!!! with this bag of carrots.

    A nice change for carrots. Made it for Christmas Eve and everyone loved it. The carrots came out perfect. No changes needed to the recipes. Will become a staple in our home. Loved it!!

    These are outstanding! wonderful texture and not that usual syrupy sweet 'glaze'. Loved by all ages. Note for 'moorenews4u'. all you have to do on a Mandoline is make your first slice on the bias. The rest will follow.

    This was amazing, even the 2 yr old scarfed them down. I used thawed frozen carrots and cut back on the chili powder for the kids. Delicious, will definitely make again and again!
