    This is my favorite meat loaf recipe. Only problem is my food processor broke and had to do the best I could w/o one. The sauce that goes with it makes it!! Try it. I make it and freeze individual portions. FAB!

    Meatloaf can be one of those meals that you go ..... is there something else. But, this recipe renewed my faith in the meatloaf. We have made this several times and are amazed at the wonderful flavors. Easy to make and warms up fantastic. A definite MUST.

    I liked the idea of the croutons. I made my own and was able to season for my own taste. A really great accent was the glaze. The hot sauce and honey combination was terrific.

    Loved it! Just the right amount of "kick". Great flavor. Loved the technique of forming the loaf and baking it on parchment paper. Super!

    Alton never fails, followed his directions to a tee. I was skeptical about the carrots but wow, you can taste every flavor in this recipe! A Keeper for sure!
