Made this for a potluck dinner party and everyone loved it. Even heard one of the guys commenting on how moist it was. I don't think it's too spicy at all. For some any spice is too much...I thought it was just right. Oh, and I managed to make this gluten free too!

This was good, the sauce was a bit spicy because I accidentally put more cumin then what is asked for but it was still good

I left out the carrot and used bread crumbs instead of croutons but this meatloaf was fantastic. Best meatloaf I have ever eaten and the glaze is to die for. There is nothing I would change but I do remember that my meatloaf took about 15 minutes extra in the oven to cook through. Thanks Alton, everybody loved this meatloaf.

The Meatloaf Recipe was AWESOME! I cooked it for my friend and her family (she's unable to cook due to a broken/sprain ankle "both ankles". She sent me a text telling me, "this was the bst meatloaf she tasted." Also, her mother tasted it and loved it as well and wanted the recipe. I did not spice it too much, because the kids do not like spices. However, I made it for my family today and added a little more spices. The Meatloaf came out AWESOME! Highly Recommend!!!!!!

Missing: a 1/2 cup of fresh chili. I tried this recipe yesterday for our neighbors. They loved it. I made it a bit more spicy for them and I used Buffalo meat instead. The children enjoyed it as well. My daughter said that it was too spicy and that it could probably burn off a birthmark. haha. I try to be hip and innovative with these recipes. We learned to eat spicier and more daring ingredients from our time spent in Phoenix, AZ. Sometimes my crazy recipes require medical attention afterwards. :-

Delicious flavors. I didn't have the seasoned croutons so I made my own. I'm not fond of using catsup as a sauce so I used tomato sauce instead. Still turned out great. I make this often and hubby isn't tired of it yet! Great for sandwiches next day.

Just made this today - did half the quantities - enough for two people. I was really suprised how tasty it was. My son took the rest home with him. which is a sure sign that he enjoyed it!

Up until trying this recipe my grandmothers meatloaf was hands down the best. This was better so much flavor. My husband raved about how good it was even better than his italian meatloaf recipe. We now agree on our go to meatloaf recipe. Thanks Alton

A little too spicy for my taste. It was also borderline dry. I don't think I'll try this one again.
