My family tried this recipe and decided to never go back to our old ways again. Our 12 year old son is no longer afraid of meat loaf.

Except for this one, it is simply awsome with some smashed red skins and salad. A family favorite, me too!

I've made this twice. The second time I doubled the recipe so I could have left over?s for meatloaf sandwiches. That still didn't work so next time I'll try tripling it.

the meat loaf was missing something. i didn't like the use of crutons.

this was the worst meatloaf i have ever had. it was very very dry and the flavors were very strange. i would suggest the barefoot contessas turkey meatloaf if you really want an outstanding recipe.

Realatively easy to make, one of the best meat loaves ever.

I made this with pork shoulder steak that I trimmed, and "ground" in a food processor, then mixed with hamburger. also, I substituted the croutons with bread crumbs. Cooking time was 55 min for me.

My family really liked it. My daughter said it reminded her of spring rolls.

I think next time I'll add less garlic, though.
