I grew up learning to despise meat loaf, as most foods in our household were bland and over done. Since making this recipe not only do I now love meat loaf, but after trying many others this recipe is the one we keep coming back to. The flavor of the meat combined with the glaze is unbeatable, particularly if you like something with a little kick to it. After passing the recipe on to our friends, we have receive many similar raves.

Don't care for meat loaf? You will now!

This recipe takes the necessity of ketchup out of serving meatloaf. Love it!

Surprisingly delicious- I was worried about too much vegetable taking away from the meat but the combo was excellent- and so was the glaze (make a little extra to smother it in

The glaze was fantastic, but the loaf itself was only so-so. I did have to sub crackers for the croutons, so maybe that made a difference, but the taste wasn't quite right. I'm definitely leaving the carrots out next time, or shredding them first. Crunchy does not belong in a meatloaf.

Unfortunately, I was trying a diet and decided to substitute the meat with turkey meat. I hate turkey meat, and I don't know what made me think it would magically change to the meat of the gods, fortunately, Mr. Brown's glaze almost completely made up for my nasty blunder. I also put some chili powder in the glaze to spice it up a little.

Easy and very tasty. Just make sure to glaze it well on the top & sides that stuff is the best.
