Easy and very tasty. Just make sure to glaze it well on the top & sides that stuff is the best.

This recipe is so easy and make the tastiest meatloaf ever. You'll NEVER use dried soup mix again. Promise.

This was my first go at an Alton recipe and I really enjoyed it. It reminded me of my favorite meatloaf at the Cheesecake Factory. The combination of flavors was great and the combination of chunk and sirloin kept it moist and delicious and fairly lean. I will remember this recipe in the future and look forward to more Alton recipes!

Tasty, not too horribly hard to do.

I thought I had found a winner!!! So many 5 stars.... how could one go wrong?? I followed the directions perfectly. I only gave this 4 stars instead of 3, because the sauce on top is WONDERFUL. Definately make more than it says to. Otherwise, I thought the meatloaf tasted like spicey garlic. It was good, just not great. I've had much better results making up my own.

Alton delivers as always! Made this for dinner and even my picky kids devoured it. Meatloaf stays very moist and the it is simple to prepare. Definitely good eats!

The entire recipe didn't appeal to me, so I cut out the food processor vegetables. The results were still quite appetizing. The loaf took about 50 minutes to bake, and my wife couldn't wait to dig in after being tantalized with the aroma. Overall, considering its minimal preparation and maximum taste (loved the spiciness, this is my go-to meat loaf recipe from now on. Rock on, AB.

Best meatloaf we have ever had. I serve it to my 5 year old as a "cheeseburger". One night I made regular cheeseburgers for dinner and he asked for the "spicy cheeseburger" because he liked them better.

Very good meat loaf and the glaze is very unique. This meat loaf has a great texture and a very good flavor.
