I don't understand the reviews. It just doesn't 'blend'.

I've been trying different meatloaf recipes lately and this one's a winner! My kids freaked out a little bit since there were carrots in the meatloaf, but they still liked it. It's difinetely not boring. Make an extra batch of the glaze and warm it for dipping....it is great!

Great recipe! Have never made meatloaf before but this was easy and yummy! I used srichaha sauce in the glaze to give and extra kick! It made way more than 4 servings to...like double!

I am not a big fan of meatloaf but it is one of my husband's favorites so I try to make it for him every once in a while. I was excited about the reviews of this recipe and had to try it. First off, it was INCREDIBLY easy! Secondly, it is really DElicious!! We even used the leftovers to make sandwiches the next day! I plan on making this dish one of my staples! LOVE IT! Thanks Alton!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I cant say enough nough. I'm not a meatloaf person but this was fantastic. I did substitute the red pepper sauce for the srichacha. It was FANTASTIC. Will definately make this again! Everyone loved it and didnt have any leftovers!

Easy, user friendly and fun! It was a welcome change from the usual complex dishes we cook. This is for Alton: I only changed one ingredient the first time I made it. I used Ketchup instead of Catsup and I think it worked better! The second time I simply substituted a couple of fresh Jalapenos for the Bell Pepper and it added the perfect zing for the gang. It was the most memorable moment of an otherwise nondescript pre-season football game!
