This is our favorite meat loaf recipe, hands down. I substituted ground chicken this time and it was still out of this world.

This is a great meatloaf recipe! The best I've found. My favorite meatloaf in the world is this recipe cooked in a smoker with hickory for a few hours. The flavor is something that must be experienced.

My whole family loves this one. I even made the recipe into burgers with the sauce on each patty and baked them. It turned the recipe into a great on the go meal for all.

I would never eat a meatloaf until I tried this recipe! The thought of mustard and the undercooked peppers that my mother would make did not do it for me. I opt out the peppers for a pound of coarsely chopped sauted mushrooms. The meatloaf is a bit spicy and different from the "usual" meatloaf. I've told all my friends and family about this recipe. It is FANTASTIC!

This was a very moist meatloaf. My family is not usually crazy about meatloaf, but they enjoyed this.
