This meatloaf is amazing, and even better as a sandwich fried up with some of the glaze and lots of mayo on the bread.

I was a Doubting Thomas when I first saw the recipe, but I figured, heck, Alton's a God in my house, so what could go wrong? Despite the fact that I forgot to put in the garlic and the salt (DOH!, the meatloaf turned out fabulous! Moist and flavorful, with those wonderful little bits of onion and carrot and bell pepper...Mmmm Mmmm! That meatloaf was exceptionally GOOD EATS!

I like spicy food, but the taste of the meat was overpowered by all the seasonings. The recipe on the Quaker Oats box is better.
