    I am a big fan of Altons and tried to duplicate this meatloaf with only 1.10 pounds of ground beef instead of 3, i adjusted the recipe but still kept the full teaspoon of cayenne and it tasted AMAZING i will never make meatloaf any other way again, this by far is the best i have EVER tasted, and it would work wonderful for meatballs.

    This was a total waste of perfectly good food. The taste was incredibly awful. I couldn't even bring myself to throw it away the same day. I had to wait until the next morning to toss it!
