I've been hearing about brine for several years but it seemed like a lot of fuss. I finally decided to give it a try. I was incredibly easy and I got raves about my turkey. I will never again cook a turkey without brining it first! Thanks AB!

This was the best turkey I have ever had!!! It's a good thing that we had to take it to a school feast day or I would have eaten the whole bird!!

This was a bit of extra work and in the end, I felt that the turkey was only slightly better. But it was my first try, and I will try it again at least once more.

We made our turkey exactly as the recipe says. We have never had a turkey juicier or more flavorful. This will be our method of cooking Thanksgiving turkey every year.

This was the best turkey we have ever had. It was the brining that made the difference. This turkey was unbelievably moist.

Made my first Thanksgiving dinner ever and it won't be my last. I can't believe how juicy the breast meat was and how many compliments I got. Easy recipe to follow.

I made this sime recipe for Thanksgiving. The bird was the juciest, most flavorful I've ever had. Plus the skin was beautiful and delicious. Highly recommended.
