Last Thanksgiving I tried this recipe and it was not only easy but absolutely wonderful. I have never had turkey that tasted this good. This recipe is a keeper indeed!

Since I'm married to a Canadian, we get *three* chances to make Turkey every year, which meant we had plenty of chances to experiment with turkey recipes. After trying this, all experimentation is over. It's simply the juciest, most tender, and tastiest bird we've ever made. It will be a permanent fixture on our thanksgiving tables!

Alton really did his homework on this one. My wife and I made this turkey for Thanksgiving last year and we just loved it. We loved it so much in fact we made another one just to freeze for later. Thanks Alton for giving us the tools we needed to have Good Eats!

If turkey is so good, why do you only cook it twice a year? Well, this is why. Tape the show, follow it to the letter and you will know what so many know.....this is the best turkey you will ever have. By the way, the dipping sauce is fantastic.

My friend Jessica made this turkey last year, and it was the best turkey I've ever had! Juicy, tender, it's delicious! And I didn't like turkey before! This year, I AM making the turkey! Thanks, Alton!

This recipe takes a little time, especially if you do a fresh veggie broth, but it is the best turkey ever.

Thanks Alton! I have made this turkey 3 times and it seems to get better every time I make it. The meat is always juicy and I highly suggest eating it with the Tart Cranberry Dipping Sauce (also from the wonderful Altons recipe box. It is easy to make and I vow to never baste again! My Grandmother (who is 84 says this is the best turkey she has EVER eaten, and I couldn't agree with her more!

I was going to College in South Carolina and couldn't make it home for the Holiday's. I used this recipe for my Thanksgivings with friends and I was a huge success. They dubbed me the Turkey Queen. I have to admite that it was even better than my mom's, although I would never tell her that. I have always loved cooking ever since I was little and now I'm majoring in the Culinary Arts, but was still always afraid to tackle the TURKEY. But I now look forword to the next Thanksgiving! So Alton Brown, thank you for the lovely boost of confidents and keep the recipes coming, because they really are Good Eats!!!
