Simply unbeatable. Who would have thought a brine would bring out the flavor in a moist and browned bird.

This recipe is awesome. Say goodbye to dry, overcooked turkey, because this turkey will wow the masses. I have made this recipe for three years now and it is consistently yummy. Thanks Alton!

This was my first real attempt at cooking dinner for my family. I made it for Christmas dinner and I brought the house down with it. The truth was I felt a bit bad. I really really shamed my mother who for years served us very dry turkey. Don't change a thing about the recipe. It's perfect.

This recipe is WONDERFUL. Takes extra time, yes, but it isn't terribly difficult, and the results are WELL worth it. I don't celebrate Thanksgiving, so enjoy this recipe all year round when I make a turkey dinner. Good Eats hasn't lead me wrong yet!

Made this for our Thanksgiving dinner last year. It was not as easy as just shoving the bird in the oven but it was so worth the effort. The meat was so juicy and the leftovers stay moist for days.

    Another great recipe!

The best, tastiest, most moist turkey ever. You can't go wrong with this recipe.

Have made this last 2 yrs and it always turns out perfect - juicy & flavorful, with less cooking time.

This has to be one of, if not THE best turkey I have EVER eaten. Yes, the time to prepare it is a little extra, but it is well worth it.
