    These turned out so good! I forgot to buy sunflower seeds so I left them out, and I added a handful of chopped pistachios. Next time, I think I'll add some ground flaxseed too. Great flavor and texture.

    This makes really good granola bars. I have made them several times and I usually substitute the vanilla for 1 tsp of almond and 1 tsp of orange extract. That's just personal taste. It was good just as written though. Let cool completely (as it says before you try to cut it or you will get a mess.

    I made these Granola Bars when my husband & I went camping in the Smokys. It was a very satisfying snack & good for you. I enjoyed making them. Will make them again.
