This is an easy, healthy, and yummy granola. I am definitely planning to keep some of this on hand at all times.

Followed basic instructions the first time around and it was excellent. Then experimented with misc fruit/nuts...etc. the next time. Easy, and good!

Ab-fab! I added some cheerios and chex. I also added M&M's since it was my Valentine offering this year. Every "Mom" wanted the recipe. Thanks, again, Alton!

I WAS GOING TO GIVE THIS A 4-STAR....THO IT IS PERFECTLY DELICIOUS,IT IS HARD TO WOLF DOWN SINCE THERE'S NO CLUMPS. THEN I RE-READ THE NAME...IT'S GRANOLA, NOT TRAIL MIX! GRANOLA IS TO BE EATEN IN A BOWL WITH MILK LIKE CEREAL, SO IT WOULD BE LOOSE. HOWEVER, PEOPLE DO EAT GRANOLA OUT OF THEIR HANDS ALSO. MY CONCLUSION IS TO USE A SPOON & JUST THROW YOUR HEAD BACK! THE ONLY CHANGE I MADE WAS TO ADD WALNUTS INSTEAD OF CASHEWS. THE SWEETNESS & FLAVOR OF THIS RECIPE IS INCREDIBLY GOOD.......HABIT FORMING!!! ANOTHER KEEPER FROM ALTON!

I would give this recipe ten stars if you let me. I made this one afternoon and shared it with a couple of girls at work and they too fell in love with it.Everyone is eating it now and spreading the word on how easy and delish that it is! It will forever be a staple in my kitchen. Thanks Alton!

Our family are big fans of granula, but we rarely buy it because it's expensive. Well, this recipe makes a BETTER granula than anything we've tasted before and we can make it for less cost. I like it best it with milk like a breakfast ceral.
