Tasty and tender. My husband who says he hates lamb liked it too. Miracles DO happen! I have been having a fun time trying new ideas with pomegranates and their juice. The pom reduction was just sweet/tart enough to bite through the tongue-coating fat of the lamb. I made this again substituting a goose for the lamb and cooked it in my fireplace.

I couldn't find 4-5lb boneless lamb. Did find 3lb bone-in. The pomegranate juice I found was a conglomeration with all kinds of other juices. So I put the lamb in the crock pot, with onion, salt and pepper and we all enjoyed the lamb, very savory!
