The fish is very moist, and marinating is a must. I could eat the fish without the final sauce but it makes it even better. Served over a bed of pasta and it is so good. I recommend every one to buy his book for all the recipes from the show. It also has so much information on every day ingredients.

This dish was very simple to prepare and didn't require any exotic ingredients. The fish stayed moist and the sauce made from the marinade was fantastic. The sprinkle of the fresh cilantro really topped things off, giving it a fresh, summertime finish. I used a little extra jalapeno to give it just a bit more spice.

I've made this fish several times now, and it is always tender and moist. After removing from the grill, I put the cooked sauce over the fish (turning a couple of times and let it sit for a few minutes. The fish absorbs some of the sauce again and is very flavorful.

One time, I had some left over pineapple juice and chipotle peppers, so I subsitiuted these for the orange juice and jalepeno. Tasted great too.

My husband and I both loved this dish. I cooked it on a cedar plank on the grill.

I thought the fish came out too bland. Without the sauce it wasn't good at all. I was expecting the sauce with the jalapenos (that I increased the amount of to have a bit more of a kick but it did not at all.

This is one of the BEST recipes for Mahi! The sauce is incredible! The dish is very easy to complete and looks very professional when it is done. I actually only cooked one pound of Mahi (so we had plenty of sauce! When I make it again I will use 2lbs (and will probably make extra sauce!!. Goes great with rice and veggies!! The fresh cilantro at the end makes it PERFECT!!

This dish is perfect for cooks that are not so skilled, although I am, this dish is "The Bomb"! If you have someone coming over and you want to grill but don't have a lot of time, you can show off your skills with this dish. Prep it the day before or early that day and when the guest arrive pop it on the grill and sit back and watch them melt. I let my co-worker try it because he doesn't like fishy fishes and he fell in love with it. GREAT DISH. good deal, good eats man!!!

I made this recipe simply because I had all the ingredients on hand...WOW...my family could not have been more impressed! Beautiful presentation, the flavors complimented the Mahi-Mahi to perfection and it was soooo easy to prepare for the grill. I had fresh asparagus, red and yellow peppers and red onions added on the grill with some lemon, olive oil and herbs brushed on them to round out the meal with tricolor orzo...so FESTIVE!!!
