Alton's recipes are the best. This fish has the most amazing taste. The reduced sauce/marinade is a must...don't skip! I served the mahi mahi with wasabi mashed potatoes and lima beans...perfecto!

I tried this for Thanksgiving, as I don't eat turkey, sadly the store was out of mahi mahi so I made it with talapia...not my favorite of the fish world. The flavors though, were wonderful; moist, and tangy... and pouring a bit of the ceviche on top just brought the flavor out even more, a wonderful dish. Also, if you have some of the limes and brown sugar left over they make a wonderful complement to a shot of tequila.

This was an easy way to add a new flavor to your table. I added just a little to much Jalapeno, but other wise the meal was excellent. We added some carrots cooked with sweet basil as a side

I put this recipe together in no time! It was a hit with my husband...it is so flavorful and moist, you almost forget you are having fish for dinner! I will make this over and over again--it is awesome!

Loved, loved, loved this recipe. I didn't have tequila (not a favorite of mine so I used rum instead and it was great. Very easy and fresh tasting - my husband especially enjoyed the sauce.

This was so easy and so tasty and light. Perfect for a summer dinner party. While the fish was grilling I added chopped mango to the marinade and reduced it to a really great sauce.
