I made this for my husband (who is not a vegetarian and he loved it. I tried it under duress and I liked it too. Perhaps i'll have to expand my horizons.

My husband and I both thought this was great! Very flavorful combination of ingredients. Served it with some rice and Giada's grilled vegetable recipe which was awesome too.

I used this marinade pre-grilling and it was very flavorfull. The combo of the Tequila and sugar was fantastic.

I have never been much of a fish fan. But I decided to give it a try. This recipe caught my eye and I thought I would give it whirl. It's very tasty. The fish has a mild flavor to it, but the ceviche sauce on top was very tasty. I recommend rice as a nice accoutrement to the Mahi-Mahi. Plus it is tasty with the sauce.
