I really loved the marinade and I think marinating at the end of cooking really made the dish. My meat was slightly drier than I would've liked it to be. I did cook this on a grill pan on the stove at medium heat, so I ended up having to cook it for about 18 minutes, which may have resulted in the dryness. But overall, I'd make it again!

This was a great recipe. Not only was it easy to make, but the lime marinade was delicious.

This was my first recipe to try by Alton, and it was fabulous. I used a pork loin weighing 4.5 pounds I cut it in half and doubled the recipe. I cooked on a gas grille exactly 14 minutes and it was perfect. Am trying the pork Wellington next.
    Thanks Alton

I've made lots of Alton Brown recipes. This is by far the best recipe of his I've ever made! The pork was about 143 when I took it off the grill it was slightly crispy on the outside, ever so slightly pink on the inside, and full of flavor!

I have used several of Alton Browns recipes. So far this is the family favorite, even my 3 year old loves it. I have a large family so I doubled all the ingredients. The flavors were amazing and well orchastrated. I will definately keep this in my recipe book.

The pork tenderloin was tender, and the flavor was unbelievable! This recipe is defiantly a keeper for sure.

We swore by Lawry's Mesquite with Lime until this episode aired. The pork itender and highly flavorful. (I ommitted the spice at the wife's request.

Tried this one tonight and all 7 of us thought it was really not a keeper. The lime flavor was excessively strong, and I really couldn't taste any other flavors at all. The slight crust on the outside of the meat was tasty, and the meat stayed nice and moist, but really otherwise we just didn't think it was a big winner.
