I really enjoyed this recipe! The only set-back that I found was that the marinade was a bit too sweet for my husband; and I have to admit that it was almost too sweet for my liking as well. I may cut back on the honey next time, and suggest anyone else opposed to sweet on their pork do the same. Otherwise, the flavor combination was amazing! With a few tweaks the recipe will be perfect!

I followed this recipe exactly, as I trust Alton, and I was very happy with the results. The meat turned out to be incredibly tender, juicy and flavorful. Really enjoyed the tangy lime flavor. I like my food to have a lot of heat, but the single chipotle was mild, so I plan to add three or four peppers next time.

Soooooo Yummy!!!! I omitted the chipotle because my children are too young for spicy food but it was still AMAZING. I doubled the marinade because it was so delicious that I used a whole serving to marinate the pork in and the other to pour on the pork when it came off the grill. I also added extra cilantro when I served it. You must love lime to love this dish but it really is an easy and very tasty way to make pork tenderloin.

The only change I did was to add a couple more Chipotle peppers to the marinade. And we actually baked it at 350 for 25 minutes rather than grill it. It was DELICIOUS! My boyfriend said it's the best pork tenderloin he has ever eaten. The two of us at the whole thing! Served it with rice w/black beans and cilantro - a very delicious meal. We'll definitely make it again, and will grill it next time.

Didn't care for it alone. Decided to make pork burritos and my family and friends can't get enough. The strong lime flavor pairs well with mexican cuisine.

A$$ kickin flavor!
I had no chipotles in adobo so I sub'd in Chipotle powder. The best pork tenderloin maranade I've ever had. Bar none.
Thanks Alton!

Loved it. Easy to prepare and easy than I thought to cook. I prefer the slow and low heat method when grilling and the meat was very tender. It did seem to be missing something though and next time I prepare it I will add a small can of drained pineapple to the marinade. Will make a nice looking garnish as well I hope. :
