    This guacamole is amazing. I always add a 4th diced avocado after everything is mixed, use sweet onion and a pinch of cayenne - just a personal preference on those things but overall this recipe is spectacular.

    I'm making this for a group of about 12-15 people. It says it yields 1 batch. . .not very helpful. What do you suggest I do? Double or triple the recipe?
