    This tasted incredible! I tend to steer clear of green slimy stuff, so never ate guacamole before. My husband loves the stuff so I fixed it for him. He practically devoured the first batch in a day so I fixed more and decided to give it a taste. Needless to say, I'm a convert. Thanks Alton!

    I made this recipe for a party. Everyone loved it. I made a second batch just for me and couldn't believe I ate the whole bacth. The flavor is better than what I find at the organic food store. For the first time I can actully taste full flavored guacamole.

    This is a great recipe, and very easy. The guacamole has alot of flavor and you can make it spicy by adding more cayenne pepper.
