This is my first time making guacamole and I am impressed with the results. The best part was that I made it under 25 minutes flat!

There are a few restaurants in the area that make guacamole "tableside." This is by far the best guacamole I've ever had - much better than at a restaurant... I think because of the cayenne, which adds just the right amount of kick without being too spicy, or overpowering the fresh avocado. It took no time at all to make, and it's always the first bowl to be emptied at our parties! Max Holtzman's Grilled Mango Salsa is my favorite salsa to make to go alongside this guacamole.

This recipe really was easy and is one of the best guacamole recipes you will find. Was a little nervous when the lime juice disappeared and I had none to pour off, but that little error did not change the taste of the guacamole. Really is delicious.

I have never made guacamole before but I definitely know a great recipe for guacamole when I taste it. So I was a little nervous when I was making it that it would come out how I like it. But this recipe is amazing. If you like it chunky and lots of flavor then this is the recipe to use

This is good guac. I used frozen cube cilantro and garlic, bottled lime juice, and I used salsa instead of the tomatoes and onions.
It can be seved right away if you NEED some guac but it's better chilled.
If you have to this can be made and served in 10 mins.
